Returns Policy

To help avoid the need for refunds and the associated postal costs we suggest:

That you are more than welcome to request as many high-resolution images of the goods prior to purchase as you want. We will happily oblige.
We are always happy to discuss with our clients any concerns or questions you may have before your purchase is completed.
Simply send us an email to co*****@no*********************.com with your name, telephone number and best contact time and we will call you free of charge.
Independent professional grading services can be arranged at customer’s expense should you require it.
Should you wish to return the goods purchased you may return your item within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund if we have failed to accurately describe by words and pictures the item you purchased. Please fill out the online form in our website and we will contact you back. Please include your telephone number.

We only give grades based on what we were told at time of their sale to us and these grades are therefore only approximate. High resolution pictures have been taken with utmost care of the items handled. The pictures on this site and those offered additionally form part of the items description and by agreeing to purchase the item you are declaring that you have made your own evaluation of the grading of the item and are satisfied with it. We do not have any formal grading qualifications so any grading given on this site is purely an indicator and not a guaranteed given. Items will not be refunded on the basis of a dispute over the grading quality stated in the listing.

This refund policy will not be applicable to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the item purchased. All products must be returned in their original condition to the address stated herein. (Please see, ”Contact us”) All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We strongly recommend that you return all goods via Registered Post. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during the return transit so we therefore strongly advise you take out postage registration and insurance with your local postal service. Noteworthy Collectibles will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
